Cancellation & Refund Policy

Syntheim Hub believes in absolute user sovereignty. This document details the parameters regarding the termination of accounts, disruption of services, and refund eligibility for premium tiers.

1. Account Eradication (Termination)

Users—both Candidates and Recruiters—maintain the permanent right to terminate their interaction with Syntheim Hub at their discretion.

  • Immediate Effect: Account cancellation can be triggered directly from the Profile Settings interface. This action executes a hard wipe of your profile.
  • Cascading Deletions:
    - If you are a Candidate, all your active job applications and associated chat transcripts are purged.
    - If you are a Recruiter, all active job listings are taken offline instantly, and pending applications attached to those roles are invalidated and wiped from candidate dashboards.

Warning: Account eradication is irreversible. Telemetry cannot be restored once the wipe is executed.

2. Subscription & Premium Tiers (For Recruiters)

While the v2.0 Protocol offers substantial free-tier functionality, future premium subscriptions (e.g., promoted job listings, unlimited pipeline processing) will adhere to the following cancellation logic:

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew autonomously unless canceled prior to the billing epoch (end of the billing cycle).
  • Mid-Cycle Cancellation: If you cancel a premium subscription mid-cycle, your elite privileges remain active until the billing epoch concludes. The system will not initiate further charges.

3. Refund Protocol

Because Syntheim Hub delivers immediate digital value and infrastructure access upon transaction, our standard protocol issues no refunds for partial months or unused listings.

  • Exceptions are strictly limited to verified technical failures on our end that prevented the delivery of the purchased service.
  • Disputes must be raised within 7 digital days of the transaction to be considered for manual review.

4. Platform-Initiated Cancellations

Syntheim Hub security algorithms or administration may unilaterally cancel, suspend, or eradicate accounts without a refund if a user is found guilty of violating our Terms & Conditions (e.g., fraudulent job postings, harassment, or utilizing automated scrapers).
