Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing Syntheim Hub (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions. Whether you are navigating the platform as a Job Seeker ("Candidate") or an Employer ("Recruiter"), these rules mandate your behavior. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Security

To interact fully with the platform's features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and current information during the onboarding process.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials using industry-standard security practices.
  • Promptly notify Syntheim Hub of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account.

Syntheim Hub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate our security policies or supply fraudulent data.

3. Candidate Obligations

As a Candidate utilizing our matching algorithm, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your resume, portfolio links, and educational background are entirely factual and verifiable.
  • You will not use the platform to distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications to recruiters.
  • You will conduct yourself professionally during post-hire messaging and interview procedures.

4. Recruiter Obligations

As a Recruiter utilizing our advanced command center, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are an authorized representative of the company you claim to hire for.
  • Job postings accurately reflect the role, compensation, and onboarding dates required.
  • You will treat candidate data with strict confidentiality and comply with global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • You will not discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, gender, religion, or orientation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform infrastructure, including the UI/UX design, underlying codebase, matching algorithms, logos, and structural layouts, are the exclusive property of Syntheim Protocol Inc. Users retain ownership of the data (resumes, company profiles) they upload, but grant Syntheim Hub a worldwide, royalty-free license to display this data for the purpose of platform operations.

6. Platform Fees & Monetization

Currently, core platform features are provided free of charge during our v2.0 rollout phase. Syntheim Hub reserves the right to introduce premium tiers, promotional listings, or subscription modules for recruiters in the future. Users will be given a 30-day minimum notice prior to any mandatory billing changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Syntheim Hub acts strictly as a technological conduit bridging talent with companies. We do not guarantee employment, nor do we guarantee candidate performance. Syntheim Hub, its executives, and developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost employment opportunities, server downtime, or disputes arising between Recruiters and Candidates.

8. Termination of Service

We maintain the unilateral right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to utilize the platform ceases instantly.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Syntheim Protocol Inc. operates, disregarding conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be resolved in our designated technological arbitration courts.
